Order Processing Time:

Standard Processing Time: Racks Flex's standard order processing time is 1-3 business days, subject to variation depending on the size and complexity of the order, as well as product availability.

Shipping Methods:

We offer Economy, standard and Express.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are determined based on factors such as the weight and dimensions of the order, along with the delivery address. Estimated shipping costs are presented to the Customer during the checkout process.

Order Tracking:

Upon shipment, Racks Flex will issue a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. This tracking number will enable Customers to monitor the status and estimated arrival of their shipment.

Shipping Delays:

While Racks Flex is committed to prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions and carrier-related delays, may affect delivery timelines. In such cases, Racks Flex will make every reasonable effort to keep Customers informed regarding the status of their shipment.
